Upscale Mail utilizes proprietary USPS Certified Data Bases to deliver standard sizes of advertising mail direct to select upscale affluent expendable income neighborhoods in Knox and Loudon Counties. Upscale Mail only targets relevant offers to relevant people.
About our Databases: The Upscale Mail Data Bases are USPS Certified and have been manually compiled by Trendsetters Media Group Inc. Our data bases are certified by the USPS every time they are used. We do not sale or lease our data bases, and they are only available to customers utilizing the Upscale Mail Program. As the housing market changes our data bases change. We are always adding new qualified neighborhoods and homes to our program.
About our Target: Upscale Mail targets neighborhoods with an average mortgage value of 300,000 Plus. Basic economics and consumer income levels dictate an areas housing density.
